-access to a video library to ensure that you always know what you’re doing in the gym!
Meeting twice a week helps If you aren’t super confident in your abilities to either hold yourself accountable or to complete workouts without injury!
This also helps for people who feel they need an appointment to help them get in there! Sometimes that’s the hardest part!
